Just another day in the office
Lazing 'bout like a tortoise,
Oh my dog I need a drink.
I'd rather be in the sea
Or at least in a bath that's big enough for me to sink
Up to my ears and eyes
So I can hide my white skin from the sun,
This wretched heat can eat my left one -
Wake me up when the day is done.

But then it felt like Déjà Vu
Or a dream I've dreamt many times before,
Where the glistening shine of a $2 coin
Lay there sparkling on the floor,
I adjust my eyes and to my surprise
I found a whole heap more,
I figured digging deeper couldn't hurt.
I found $18.50 in the dirt,
If I keep it a secret
Does that make me a jerk?
There's a homeless guy
Who needs it more than I,
Never felt so conflicted in my life!
Could it be that it's planted and I'm captured on camera
For a shitty prank TV show?
Could it be that it's never been discovered buried treasure
In a chest down deep below?
But then I stop to stop to think 'What if it's the missing link
In a murder case decades old?'
Or possiblie that homeless guy has lost his gold?

I found $18.50 on the ground,
If it's not for me then who's worthy?
Should I keep just what I've found?
Or take a moral stance
And provide the man finance?
I can't stand the weight in my pants
It's a sin!

I kept $18.50.
Inconsiderate dick, I pocketed it, I'm a selfish, greedy piece of shit.
